ADDITIONAL LESSONS - MAKE YOUR OWN!
If six (6) or more members arrange to have the same
availability for a weekday sailing or windsurf lesson
session, dinghy lessons coordinator Sarah Inouye will
attempt to schedule an additional session to accommodate
them (dependent on instructor availability).
To help coordinate we have set up a thread on our forum.
Just create an Ocean Addicts account on our website and log
in to the Ocean Addicts forum at:
http://ubcsailing.org/component/option,com_ccboard/forum,2/lang,en/view,topiclist/

PRIVATE LESSONS AVAILABLE NOW
So your lessons are done and you feel like you could still
use some improvement - did you know you can book a private
lesson with any instructor?
One-on-one attention on the water will improve your skills
quickly. Only $25/hour! Or sail with a friend and split the
cost. Get in touch with instructors through Sarah I at

LOST BLACK PROMOTION WETSUIT
A black ProMotion wetsuit with pink prints was lost on
Sunday, June 13 between 8:30 PM and Monday morning at 7 AM.
It's possible it was accidentally swapped with a North
wetsuit that had been left previously in the compound.
Please check your closets, ask around, and if you have any
information, contact Maryam Moghaddas at marmogh@gmail.com,
or by phone at 778-997-4726.

ENGLISH BAY SAFETY SEMINAR - SIGN UP NOW!
The English Bay Safety Seminar was developed for users of
the Jericho Sailing Centre to help keep them safe at play on
the waters of English Bay. The seminar covers basic water
safety fundamentals along with user specific information
drawn from the logs of the Jericho Rescue Team who have
intervened in thousands of "sea disasters" over the past 36
years.
Why make your own mistakes when you can learn from the
mistakes of others? Don't challenge Darwin's theory, make
sure your water safety knowledge is the fittest it can be.
Your survival may well depend upon it. Find the missing
links and fill in the gaps in your water safety knowledge by
attending a FREE English Bay Safety Seminar on June 28 at 7 PM.
